Mr. Gordon is a litigation attorney who concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, employment litigation and general civil litigation. He has experience in cases involving the Wage Payment Collection Law, trade secrets litigation, copyright litigation, cases involving the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Age Discrimination and Employment Act and covenants not to compete.
He regularly litigates matters involving personal injury claims, defamation, and real estate defect and construction issues. Mr. Gordon also has extensive experience in cemetery litigation.
Mr. Gordon is a graduate of Stockton University (cum laude). He earned his law degree and MBA from Rutgers University. Mr. Gordon was a legal intern at the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office and PECO and served as a law clerk for The Honorable Michael Haas. He was also employed by Bochetto & Lentz, P.C., a boutique litigation firm in Philadelphia.
